Multi-color Flannel pink, red, white, peach in multiple heart designs. Custom made pink edging is topstitiched in red heart pattern. 
Full length from top of chest to bottom of aprin skirt is 25". 
Waistband is approx. 19" connecting to 30" ties.
Bodice is approx 8" across with 18" ties. 
Center pocket is 8" across.
Gathered skirt so one can twirl in it.
From middle of waist band to bottom of apron skirt is 16"
